This is my first time having papers served. How do I get more information about process service?
Please call our friendly and professional staff. We will answer any questions you may have regarding process service, as well as provide you with a free price quote. We understand this may be your first time. All About Serving has experienced and creative process servers who will walk you through the process.
How do I get the documents to your office?
We have several convenient locations in Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and Scottsdale, however we serve papers throughout the entire state of Arizona. Our Mesa process service office is located minutes from downtown Mesa. The documents can be dropped off, faxed, emailed or mailed to either of our convenient locations throughout the valley. Please call in advance to make arrangements for a routine service, a scheduled service or a rush service.
How do I pay for the service?
A payment can be made in person at the time you drop off the documents. We also have PayPal payment tabs set for your convenience on the pricing page of our website. You may also mail the documents along with your payment to our main Mesa process server location.
How will you serve a defendant who is avoiding service?
All About Serving Process Servers are very creative and have a high success rate, however when a defendant is intentionally avoiding service we will use alternative means.
What happens once the documents are served?
Our process servers will call you after the legal documents have been served, because we understand the sensitive nature of process serving your court papers. We will also complete a Declaration or Affidavit of service and file it with the court on your behalf (unless out of state). We will also email you a copy to print off and or take to court for your records.
